Given Enero is now cleaned up with OBMedia gone and the remaining businesses performing well, I hope they get a good capital allocator in the finance dept and start buying back stock with the cash.
There is a great opportunity here for relatively risk free EPS (and share price) accretion without the risk of more acquisitions with dubious prospects. A year or two of buying back shares, paying dividends and solid organic growth would help regain market credibility and confidence before returning to M&A led growth.
