What a load of crud.. I waited all this time for this. Give me the money so I can get the hell outta here. Whats the difference between a merger at $60 million (and we get 40c/share) and an asset sale for $60 mill and we (as shareholders) get nothing.

I already lost money on CFE because of TS poor investment decisions and have to pay tax on the you beaut divvy he gave us. Will probably do the same here. What a waste of a year...
