Yes that's exactly about where I see thing....
I'd add that perhaps their exports with REE's should have an added tariff called The Manipulation Tax. Seems from what I've read that their car industry, BYD etc are running on the self same principles. I say principles in a very lose way. Legecy brands are being sucked in and spat out with newer rules giving clear home advantage.
There is no free market in China.
