Any person with a reasonable intellect to sit down and think about it will know this is ridiculous.
ThyssenKrupp is one of the largest companies in the world and are you suggesting it'll only do business with one company/consortium/group/project and no one else? Because it joins a consortium it'll have to stop all dealings with KNL? Go get an education if you think this. Apple and Samsung are the biggest competitors in the Mobile phone market, but guess what, iPhone chips (some) are made by Samsung.
Are you out of your mind???
ThyssenKrupp has so many things going on in its business group and it joining a consortium is just one of them. I'm pretty sure that the team dealing with KNL in ThyssenKrupp would be a different team thats handling the consortium. One is purchasing, the other project scoping.
Please tell me a reason or any factual base that joining the consortium will mean that all other existing deals that ThyssenKrupp has regarding batteries or graphite or anything related is voided?
If you can't do the above, stop discussing a non-issue.
