If the 16% free-carried interest applies then the ML will need to be amended. This is what I have been told from multiple very reliable sources. The good news is it should be a fairly expeditious and inexpensive process.
It's important to remember however that there is still an amount of uncertainty as the more detailed regulations are still yet to be released. This uncertainty is why we can buy at 17c or less.
