It certainly appears that the nuances of the graphite industry is lost on you. You obviously don’t know Tanzania’s history either. For instance, did you know the EGT and Sojitz have been looking at Merelani graphite for the past 15-20 years? At one stage they seriously considered staking a claim. Then KNL came along.

The EGT introduced TK to KNL. The EGT and TK have backed the German Government Guarantee to enable KNL to apply for a loan through the German National bank KfW Bank. How do I know they’re still interested? “KfW IPEX-Bank and Nedbank CIB have confirmed their intention to continue to progress the debt financing program and in drawing on their extensive African experience and relationships, remain of the view that the parties can develop a bankable debt financing structure for the planned development of the Company’s Epanko Graphite Project (“Project”)”

TK and the EGT were asked as recently as June-July/17, were you still in? You see the loan can’t be extended without contracts (not MOU’s) to German companies. The reason the contracts took so long to sign up originally was because the wording required was specifically designed to satisfy KfW Bank needs.

You are out of your depth.
