I think to KNL the 16% free carried interest (if it applies), it probably does not make a huge difference whether the interest is held in the ML or Tanzgraphite. I think the preference would likely be for it to be in the ML.
In any case, my main query in regards to the ML was not whether the 16% interest woyld be held in the ML or the entity that holds it, but whether this would require any changes to our ML. The overwhelming belief is, based on advice received, that the ML will need to be amended. Now as I said before, this should be an expeditious and inexpensive process. In my view, not a big deal.
