That's right, there's a moratorium on the granting of new MLs and SMLs.
Haven't discussed processing times for new MLs and SMLs. I'm guessing but I would expect priority to be given to simple amendments over new applications. Gone are the days of wads of cash passing hands in paper bags, so there'll be no jumping the queue.
