Does anyone have any info on this litigation - in the quarterly report it said it was "without merit" but in the recent Prospectus (9th Oct 2020) - it used a different less robust language. It looks like this is a "hangover" from the shell they used....but would be useful to know more about it. For example:
1) What damages are being sought 2) Some idea of the potential liability - if they lose - including costs. 3) When is the case being heard and how long is it likely to last. 4) If they lose, what is the situation with the "Farm-In"
It looks like there could be more to this than meets the eye....hopefully I'm just being paranoid!
The company seems to be remarkably cheap given the grades....is this litigation the reason why?
Any clarity would be very helpful.
