it was arrogant judgement, mct management assumed first round knockout of opponent and then mct management went on to ask for help from takeover panel ect now planing to remove bod members
t/o derailed from the day it was announced and mct shareholders are paying the heaviest price.
if management was intelligent they would walk away from t/o offer on next extension and use alternative methods to force a marriage, if nme can’t keep the their end of the agreed jv terms.
