Definitely can't see the Vali remediation going ahead. As per VENs SPP prospectus they have $6.3 million of deferred revenue on the books as of Dec 31 2024; which is related to the Vali prepayment from AGL. Thus VEN has only paid $1.2 million off since Vali has come online in Feb 2023, yet they are looking to throw another $700k at it?
These figures can be halved for MEL. Thus in about 2 years MEL has only paid off $600k of AGL debt from Vali revenue.. Not exactly a booming ROC or ROE.. I agree to the JV only agreeing to Odin workovers.
