I have been watching with pleasure as WAM rips into Keybridge Capital. (still can't forgive Nick for trying to screw MEL so badly) Of interest though was that KBC were arguing unsuccessfully that their existed an association between WAM, Geoff Wilson, Glennon Small Companies and Michael Glennon.

I know at one point WAM was invested in Glennon and that they also would be pretty familiar with the Vintage and the JV from their KBC holdings.

IMO Glennon has got his hands full with MEL but would have to be watching VEN, and their raise, closely. If it isn't going to plan would he try to convince Wilson back for one more run with VEN? I doubt VEN would even qualify for their Micro-cap fund but possibly private credit? If it got to that point they could write whatever terms they want. It would make Glennons deal with MEL seem cheap.
