Now that the Romarco deal is secured I think that management need to provide further details about the Haille project / South Carolina exploration possibilities that will show shareholders why they paid such a large premium for Romarco - both in terms of the 72% premium to the then Romarco share price and, as the transaction was in script, relative to OGC's existing portfolio of assets.

Based on the public information, Romarco was not worth 49% of the "New OGC" and the the market has reflected this subsequent to the transaction announcement by 'adjusting' the OGC share price accordingly.
