    I think there is a significant volume of material about Romarco's South Carolina project... The best sources I found were via Romarco's announcements to the TSX (via sedar) and also this overview: http://www.geologyforinvestors.com/romarco-haile-gold-deposit/

    Still, your fundamental observations re: overall value won't be known for sometime. I guess that comes down to trust in OGC's management. I can understand how the board would be prepared to pay a premium for a fully approved, funded, long-term project. OGC in 2017 will be an impressive entity indeed.
