I will add my point of view in regards to the number of current MOU vs. binding contracts.

Unless there is no final testsing of the pearls, the risk for potential clients is to big. Remember, SAS clients will function as a kind of a wholesaler. The potential clients have to be sure, that the pearls are working as promissed. Then they are able to develop new offers for their endconsumer. Imagine SAS signs a binding contract with Telco XY and is not able to deliver their services. Loss of image is hard to build (for SAS as well as the Telco).

Therefore keep patient and pls ignore the downrampers!
