farmers obviously have existing markets for there lupins, they cant just plant more on a whim, will need forward contracts, not sure what varieties or quality of lupins are suitable for WOA, with wheat not all wheat is suitable for humans, same with barley, if they create a need farmers will plant but these decisions take time
