Personally I'm not suprised by the move, but interested to see how much they gain from the sale, and how they go about the divestment, ie whether they've been approached, or are going to market and find suitors. IMO It seems like if the sale price wasn't right there would be no pressing need for a fire sale price as the MLA business as a whole is breaking even.

Could potentially be a large boost to the coffers, espec with a market cap of only $9.5m.
