Agree! Even though, under ASX Listing Rule 3.1 "information required to be disclosed" by the company must be disclosed immediately.
However, ASX has also given guidance that “immediately” does not mean “instantaneously”, but rather than “promptly and without delay”.
So DEG management could just need extra time to gather, interpret and verify information before they are in a position to report the results.
