5 mill exit fee for mmk is nothing compared to how much interest they would have to pay on a loan of nearly 600 mil loan.
The financing is whats killed this takeover.
According to Gary he said in an announcement on the 25th of nov that mmk weren't going to take out financing to buy fms.
Seems he was lied too.
