Speaking to one of the principals of one of his other companies, they said Ian M will not proceed with a project unless all the boxes he looks for are "ticked". Very dilligent and is proof in such high rate of success.
Also with such skill in past projects I'm sure that people would be pitching projects to him all the time, deep pool of resources and choice.
Another great plus is from Mantra, CPL you know that if a project has the potential to become a proper company, Ian M has the resources and skills to guide it from penny to billions (hopefully cpl!!).
