Here is another look at the weekly chart. Notice the similar whipsaw reaction of candles within the two red rectangular boxes after a plunge. So wait and see how this consolidation pans out in coming weeks.
For the bull case, breaking above 59.20 resistance(2nd red line from top) indicates potential move up to 65.90(top red line), which would form the 3rd up wave(green box 3).
For the bear case, breaking down 52.20 makes impulsive wave 5(black box 5) down to 43.60.
