newland, i agree with you, when you've been holding the stock long term, it gets to a point where you simply DO care about the sp at the end of the day/week

avb is way undervalued imo. it was sitting solid at a higher price over a year ago. now we have many more VERY positive announcements, results, etc and we're not budging. the company is going places but the sp is not!

i dont know if it's as easy as saying because it is undervalued the sp is bound to increase...it has been undervalued for a long time. someone is playing games and it doesnt seem like they're going to stop.

im still holding on at least through the first qtr next yr, but these are just my thoughts
