msb has a $2.2B market cap. The question becomes, has the market already priced in the Phase 3 success of the FDA heart approvals or not? There is a very small float for retail investors of about 10% of the company. Small amounts of great news can easily move this stock. The shorters are still active, and therefore we may see a rapid move through new highs before end june! TEVA have just raised $1B at 3% interest rate, which would place them in a good position to start to buy more msb. 3% every 6 months or just go for the whole thing. Time will tell!
