From memory there is a ceiling on how much Teva can hold of MSB as part of the agreement negotiated with Cephalon, binding on Teva as part of successor/novation and it is around 19%.
Correct me if I'm wrong....
Itescu has a massive holding, and this combined with the limit on Teva tends to make the company stable against takeover activity. Only my opinion.
