Cochrane Hill locked away as expected by all, what is the next step?
I would envisage finalising and taking posession of the remaining surface titles?
I also note in the most recent announcement it refers to a strip ratio of 1:5.8. I had always been of the understanding that the first number in the ratio represented tonnes of waste and the later number representing the ore. On that bases, and my interpretation of the ATV the strip ratio is extremely good.
Any miners out there able to confirm? It just occured that I had never seen a strip ratio quoted this way before, usually amount of waste for one tonne of ore..
Either way the cost of mining is extremely low as calculated in the PFS.
