Why shouldn't staff get paid? I think you will find plenty of companies listed on the asx pay their staff if you look into it in some detail. Admin costs will naturally grow as the company grows, that is a pretty standard thing. When you move from solely exploring to exploring and producing, those that are responsible for this work will typically expect some monetary compensation. Again, chicken little, hardly ground breaking stuff. This is a western company and not a serfdom sadly and we have to pay our employees or guess what???? They will work elsewhere.
