We need to know how the 19 million is going to be utilised and if there is going to be any funny business from GNR.

If GNR are onboard for the long run and the full amount is going to be used to fund development and growth then I think we should should see start to see proper SP growth.

In regards to the wise/SSTT/Timoene or whoever it is 20% stake - it owes them 35.5c - so it will either be in their best interest to build the company or to try and milk as much cash as possible to try and recoup their money.

Still feeling pretty nervous however as Humble pointed out its hard to see Tony coming back onboard if we are on the cusp of more prolonged disputes with out partner (unless of course they needed a brawler on the board).

I'm still feeling 50/50 on the outcome however I'm not as worried about huge dillution in the short term which would have been the killer.
