Just because a price is going down doesn't always mean "smart" people are selling. Morons could be selling. I bought Telstra at 2.53 when the Government in all their wisdom sold off their chunk. I'm not sure why they sold it off. To balance the budget? To look good politically.
Maybe the guys selling don't really want to be but have to for some mysterious reason.
