This is a gem and a long term hold. I have held for the last 4 years and each time the company under promises and over delivers. I don't know what your aim is but its payout ratio is undemanding which means your dividend yield can be formidable in future years. Chart wise it has finally broken out of resistance but as I have said before , it has a habit of falling below 12 by end of week. If it stays above , it looks like a breakout and higher levels are expected.
