First Graphite - breakthrough in graph production!

In the near future - planned August - is the Australian First Graphite (WKN A2ABY7 / ASX FGR) to begin production of ultrapure graphite transition on their projects in Sri Lanka.

But the company is already thinking ahead and wants to position itself as one of the first mass producers of the new "Wunderwerkstoff" graphene. And now you have made a breakthrough!

After extensive tests in cooperation with the University of Adelaide, First Graphite has now produced the prototypes of a graph production unit of commercial size. As early as the end of June, this production cell will be set up in strict secrecy on the grounds of "Nagrom the Mineral Processor" in Perth. Then, tests are first performed to confirm the scalability of the operation so that the process is likely to be optimized before commercial use is possible.

Once this is the case, First Graphite believes that this 250-liter production unit will have a significant commercial advantage over other mass-producing methods. Instead of setting up a central processing plant, which would be delivered by the graph, the new technology should allow the production units to be placed directly with the end users.

This allows these customers to produce the graph exactly when they need it and to exactly the specifications they need!

Each of these units is capable of producing up to 5 tonnes of graphene per year, at very low investment costs!

The industry has not yet had access to large quantities of low-cost graphs, but First Graphite is convinced that this production unit will change. The company is then also able to provide graphs for research and development on mass applications, which in turn should accelerate the development of the market!

But as we already have the ability to produce graphs at a very low cost, First Graphite continues its research, in collaboration with the University of Adelaide, to identify further commercial applications for graphs to open up new markets.

The completion of the new production unit is, in our opinion, a breakthrough for the company, and Mr. McGuckin, Managing Director of First Graphite, is rightly proud that his company has taken the first step towards becoming a mass producer of graphs.

He also believes that the high cost of graph production in many areas has prevented graphs from really being used in commercial areas. However, according to Mr. McGuckin, the production process of First Graphite is a "game changer", both operational and investment costs.

There is no reason why First Graphite could not become the most cost-effective provider of graphs across the industry, he explained.

In any case, the production and sale of graphs would be worthwhile for the company. A tonne of graphs would achieve a much higher price than even a ton of the ultra-pure graphite from Sri Lanka, as First Graphites will produce it, as Peter Youd, Executive Director of the company recently told us in an interview.

When I read this a while ago in Europe I was not surprised and hopeful to see the latest announcement back it up with hard testing.

End users expect this from such a big game changer, no hype just the consistency and scalability.

So what is coming NEXT ?

I am very excited for what is coming, not just the chance to keep compounding while the market struggles to do some basic maths, but also the chance to see this plan convert into profit, production and productivity. Just how amazing is it going to be to see the next 3 to 5 announcements?

I think like every other year we will see a CR. Hopefully they will ask for a bold amount. They deserve it and we need them to be aggressive .... They are on the cusp now .... Many things are right ahead and other then the normal headaches of this stage of the LOM we are all behind the management. The structure is good and they are so far ahead of the rest that FGR is going to be a safe haven in my opinion.

Anyone think it is time for a new report with lots and lots of pictures!!!!!!!!!!!

    Kind Regards

    DYOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
