Each satellite is subject to a licensing fee of 6,500 British pounds ($8,400) and must carry third-party-liabilitiy insurance coverage of 60 million euros ($68 million) per satellite for the full life of the spacecraft. Can a cubesat constellation afford to be in Britain?
