My opinion is one that has not changed.
Now that the capital return has been completed and the directors have once again benefitted financially,
along with their annual fees, etc, if the takeover offer is improved they will recommend selling out.
After all they have had a pretty good run financially, and although they have been spruking the future
for a while now, there is no solid indication as to when the digging will start.
I'm going to sit things out and see what happens.
