That's strange, I can re etrade.

Seus, It's a hard one to call now, it can surely go lower and probably will considering the dow looks like plummeting 500pts tonight, but it may rally in the next few days leaving you even more out of pocket. I'd definitely be poised to top up if you have the cash to lower your average but not yet, wait for it to all blow over as it invariably will at some point down the track.
Drops like this always happen quickly but the road back upwards will be slow, I believe this company will recover quicker than others given heir positive cash position and no debt (next to it's positive outlook) but that's just my opinion.
Technicals are not worth looking at for now so I won't bother with thoughts on this.
