Totally agree, this isn't the end of negotiations. DYL got feedback, perhaps JB playing the long game making an offer he knew would be rejected, then let other parties make their offers then come back in with another much better offer. Rather than starting the bidding too high and causing a bidding war like a hotly contested residential property. Just thinking out loud here, all speculation on my part.
A hostile takeover would be gangster, just saying. Protect ya neck VMY lol
