It's an old game. Insiders loan their gifted (free when they sign on) shares to brokers be traded in-out-in-out-in-out. Make profit, buy more to make the retail muppets get moist thinking "Oh WOW! It must be going to go crazy coz directors are buying".
Fun fact: Did you know Super funds loan out the shares they buy with your money. They loan them to anybody interested in shorting YOUR investment. They don't care because they get paid a fee for the loan - the fee doesn't contribute to your Super it goes straight to their bottom line.
