but SP now lowbecuase of time set this deal to be done is long. and no clear direction asto what will happen to returns, yes it was said a capital return but how much, given the bod,was a bit shifty with" pushing " the non RIO offer maybe some other shifty option is yet ot emerge. potecting the many exec rights issue etc
