I think some people were hoping for another offer and sold out.
If this offer is subject to FIRB approval, then i think this is getting priced in as it didn't go well last time, even though this time it is a bit different. Reading the other thread, someone said the deal doesnt go through until third quarter, so we have some dead time, which will test impatient holders. I'm also not confident we will get much head way with our asset's with the team, until after the deal goes through. Im also hoping for a buy back with excess funds, but again this will probably not get announced until after the deal go's through. I think ill be holding for another 12 months.
