Vontrader, I have been in this since before TIG was created. It has inexorably continued its downward trend over the years despite every promise having been fulfilled. I have thought long and hard about "why." The obvious answer is the tightness of the holdings but there is still a lot of room to move for retailers. All they have to do is edge the SP up and they would see people selling. My feeling is that by the time the SP rose to 10c there would be enough liquidity to grease the axles and even day traders could make money. Anyone can see that 10c is cheap; why does it languish at 5?
When I tell my friends, and I have a few with a lot of spare cash, the answer I get is ..."Russia? Are you crazy? or less often.... "Coal? Are you crazy? They are smart enough to know this is met coal and I try to explain how and why the Sovereign risk is stable.
But there she sits at 4-5c. I believe that TIG has not gone unnoticed, it's something else I for one can't comprehend.
