Items outstanding include a holiday in Kashmir on a houseboat (hard), bare boat charter around the Caribbean with an all girl crew during an Australian Cricket Tour (possible rather than probable), Valley of the Kings (probable despite political situation in Egypt),Petra in Jordan (probable) and fly through Grand Canyon (probable).
Done items include both sources of Blue Nile and White Nile,Castles in Wales, a Lords Test, barging through France, Cambodia, Acropolis,the Colisseum, golf in UK, top restaurants in Asia and Europe, Swiss Alps, Med Boat Cruise on small vessel.
