Agree M1 I'm all for boards to share the pain not just the gain. The company is looking very cheap as a takeover proposition and i read on Bloomberg that the cashed up energy companies in the US are on the prowl, taking advantage of asset rich companies that have become undervalued as the price of oil falls. PNG Industry news has reported today that Interoil has built a warchest with $754 million in liquidity and an undrawn $300 million credit facility. They could buy Horizon at 50c a share and have a few hundred million left over.
