The issue is no demand, which only news will address. I highly doubt anyone is pushing the price down artificially to 'get more cheapies' because - there's not a lot of volumne. HOWEVER a possible scenario is a placement is coming and the average price of a period need to be kept low to maximize discount. I hope not.
