I don't expect at this stage a big sell off or panic, since my perception anyway is that the sp was being kept down below this issue price for some reason - the volumes at 1.7 and 1.8 appear an effort to cap the price and the buy line can't break through it. Also the relief by many that this drawn out drama of the cr will probably be welcome. Let's hope Starr comes put with something better in future announcements since the next cr would need some compelling reason other than to dig a few more holes and draw a few more lines on a map.
