Why does anyone think Plan B will be more successful than Plan A ?
Any contractor coming in is likely to charge more than MCS did, since (1) MCS have gone bust at their current rates; (2) a new player is highly unlikely to go for a colaborative shareholding agreement since they're not owed anything.
Very sticky wicket for AGO.
