Wicks as well as the volume that went through its recent 1.9 cent high demonstrate that there is still a fair bit of overhead supply and that momentum was not yet strong enough to break through . Seems to be now consolidating in a new range around 1.6 to 1.7 cents with high impact news to be released in the near term. When it breaks through 1.9 cents with strength there is not a great deal of overhead supply which should assist a major move forward.
