I think you basically explained that art of trading in Spec Stocks.People take advantage of the fear and the irrational decisions people make.It's been happening for years, people can almost predict it with charts these days through T/A.
F/A can be as solid as you like but if the sentiments gone then the spoils are there for those that are prepared to wait for the sentiment to change back again.(Which it will)
