    you say....

    MOG and CUE are not a party to ANY farmout transaction which MEO is negotiating and THEY ARE NOT AWARE of the terms of the transaction that MEO MAY be intending to announce."

    They are NOT apart of the "Farmin deal"...it doesn't effect
    them AT ALL!!!!!!!
