i have a few curious questions. i hope some in this forum can help. 1) we have had an announcement that we managed to get a EXIM loan of US$34 Million. and we just raised A$23 million. do we really need to raise another A$4 million SO SOON to dilute the minorities further? if there is a reason, i like to know why. 2) when we raised the A$18.8 via sophisticated investors etc, why didnt the management set up a press conference, do a victory lap around the block and then some more to show confidence. AII lewis black would have ran 10 blocks! the board could have taken the opportunity to promote eq, setting some milestone expectation and perhaps help boost the price above 3.5 cents to help complete the SPP. the lack of PR savviness is telling. 3) the board barely participated in the SPP, unless u assume A$30K is big money. as punters, respectable, but not as management. did the chairman participate in the SPP? 4) TMG deal. anyone knows the ROI on this? as far as i could recall, the management never gave us the figure.
