hey, HB there is lots of politics in South African business. sometimes you don't have too much choices in this matter. At least the $5mil worth of shares bring CCC $20mil cash and a more powerful/financially stronger BBBEE who may have significant contributions in CCC's business such as the negotiation with Eskom, Trasnet, RBCT. BBBEE plays very very important role in them. In SA, CCC is still a small fish and need the support from the politically financially stronger partner...
