2 more numbers to average up (or down) with SD's 12c (8.5c & 14.5c)

Based on time decay comparison to rrsoa...9 months over 31 months of say the average of the spread,,,32c and26c.ie 29c we get 29c multiplied by 31 over 9.....(8.42)

Therefore a very very theoretical low est. is 8.5c

LOW ESTIMATE 8.5C......DONE

Now lets attempt a high estimate....:))


We all know that the most significant expected sp movt by percentage is expected this and next quarter, which is well before they expire, so we had better factor in that percentage averaged down with the theoretical percentage increase as at end of second quarter 2010, as our coefficient for our high est.

Totally and utterly theoretically crunching numbers for the sake of a high estimate..you need to consider the potential sp differential of the pre drill exploration Co as at 13 Jan07 to a potential first discovery scenario, sometime before 12 July 07.( 50c and $5= 10 bagger*),,,,,to the potential sp differential as at 02 Oct 07, to a potentially functional/ partially producing, multi field multi project, oil gas and minerals company. ($5* and $50*= another 10 bagger*)

This totally theoretical 10 bagger v another 10 bagger should be further crunched by a ratio of time between the 2,,, as they are not equal.

This would confirm the previously stated expectation of the greater upside in the shorter time frame that we express as......now over october, divided by ...then over 2010. OR SIMPLY 66.666% (workings not provided:))

I will express ''IT''.. in the most simplistic of options.... that is... um...the amount of bags between now and October ....and the amount of bags remaining in the Oct 2010 model...erm...over the...um.... rrsoa spread OF 29C (not allowing at all for further brown paper bags which will remain a constant over the time that is/has been/and will be.....or simply, .5(as they have been expressed as equal scenarios), of 29c....sweat, pant..groan.

Therefore..... high estimate = 14.5c

Now a running average suggests from the ''r.R.S.s.''. ( better known as the running (at the mouth, Rupe/Scott stioch)is......the average of 8.5, 12, and 14.5......or simply ....toy drum roll....11.67c :)))

The moral of this story;

With this stock, it's sooo much easier.... to work out the downside...;)
