    "Quite positive news with the CPI showing no inflation."

    Going by the market's reaction (both shares & gold) few believe the US Governments rubbery figures anymore.

    "What on earth will the Fed do with all that bad debt?"

    Add it to the gazzillions they owe through Gov Bonds etc. Nobody will notice another couple of hundred million amongst their gazillions
